1964 – “B. White” appears to be Bernard White, cousin of Vic Wilson. [1] Alan Brown, (personal communication, July 28, 2015) “I think “B White” must be Bernard White. He entered a F1 BRM for his cousin Vic Wilson
in 1966 under the name Team Chamaco Collect, and then ran a F3 Brabham for
Ben Moore in 1967 so it all connects up.
[2]Wilson was the cousin of team boss Bernard White, who subsequently renamed his team to the less-exotic Bernard White Racing and entered a privateer P261 for Innes Ireland in the final two races of 1966, but he failed to finish on either occasion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRM_P261 Retrieved 8/07/15

It’s not known if White owned the car, or simply placed the order, as the entry for Willment’s car has the team manager “J. Uren” (Jeff Uren) listed.
