According to the article article “Will 1965 be the Year? The Development History of the Biggest Lotus”, Motor, 10 Jun. 1965, one Series 2 Lotus 30 was delivered to Lotus Suisse.
“The Lotus concessionaire for Switzerland in 1964 was called Holiday Cars Import. It was run from Geneva by a lady called Mme. Perrin, and it supplied cars to the six Swiss Lotus dealers.
I believe that Mme. Perrin renamed the company Lotus Suisse in 1965
At some stage, maybe by the early Seventies, Lotus Suisse had been taken over by Edgar Schwyn. I believe by this stage that he also had the concessions to import Jensen and Honda. I know that Lotus Suisse had a stand at the Geneva Motor Show for the years 1975 to 1978 at least, and maybe for other years too.” [1]Personal Communication, David Garrett, 28 Feb 2016,
