Ian Walker started his association with Lotus by racing very successfully one of the prototypes Elites. When Lotus moved from Hornsey to Cheshunt, Colin and Hazel bought Ian’s house “High Point” at Hadley Wood in 1959. In England, the official 1964 Lotus 30 team was entered by Ian. Ian Walker Racing was disbanded at the end of 1966.
